As I begin to step into retirement, one of my most important decisions has been ensuring that your child continues to receive the same level of thoughtful, high-quality care you've come to trust.
With that in mind, I am truly pleased to share that I have chosen to transition the practice to Dr. Jill Jenkins and the team at Joyful Dentistry for Kids.
Dr. Jenkins is a highly respected pediatric dentist who has dedicated her career to caring for children. Her practice is built around creating a positive, supportive, and even joyful dental experience—something I know is so important for children and families alike.
What this means for you:

Growing up in Olathe and practicing pediatric dentistry myself for many years, I greatly admire what Dr Fales has contributed to this community and the generations of families he has served with professionalism and true passion.
Dr. Fales has created something truly special — rooted in thoughtful, high-quality pediatric dental care and a deep commitment to the families he has served. As he begins a
well-deserved transition toward retirement, one of his highest priorities has been ensuring that his patients continue to receive the same level of care, attention, and trust they have always known.
It is an honor to share that Joyful Dentistry for Kids (formerly Jenkins Dentistry for Kids) will be continuing the care of Fales Pediatric Dentistry families.
Our goal is to make this transition as smooth and reassuring as possible. While the name and branding will evolve over time, and yes we hope Dr Fales will still visit, the heart of the care your family receives will remain grounded in the same values: joy, compassion, clinical excellence, and a genuine commitment to helping children feel safe and confident at the dentist.
As part of this transition, families will also benefit from the support of the Joyful Dentistry for Kids team, including greater scheduling flexibility, expanded procedure options, additional resources, and a fresh, child-centered approach to the patient experience.
Most importantly, your child's records, treatment history, and continuity of care will remain carefully supported throughout this transition.
